THIS INSIDE INFORMATION IS NOW CONSIDERED TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN.\n \n \n \n \n 12 August 2020\n Angus Energy Plc\n (\"Angus Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \n Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas from Saltfleetby\n \n \n Angus Energy (AIM: ANGS) is pleased to announce that its' wholly owned subsidiary, Angus Energy Weald Basin No. 3 Limited has entered into an off-take agreement for the entire production from the Saltfleetby Gas Field with Shell Energy Europe Limited, a division of Royal Dutch Shell plc.
