[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n23 June 2025\n \nAnglo-Eastern Plantations Plc\n(\"AEP\" or the \"Company\")\n \nFinal dividend - determination of Pound Sterling equivalent \n \n \nAt the Annual General Meeting of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc held on 23 June 2025, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 51.0 cents per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2024.\n \nThe Company announces that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pound Sterling will receive 37.8760 pence per share which will be paid on 18 July 2025.\n \nCalculation of the Pound Sterling equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=US$1.3465.
