[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n Anglo Asian Mining plc / Ticker: AAZ / Index: AIM / Sector: Mining\n \n \n 16 September 2022\n \n \n Anglo Asian Mining plc\n \n \n \n \n \n Transaction in own shares\n \n \n \n \n Anglo Asian Mining plc (\"Anglo Asian\" or the \"Company\"), the AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that it has purchased a total of 50,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the \"Shares\") through the Company's Broker, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as follows:\n \n \n Date of purchase: 16 September 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n Number of Shares purchased: 50,000 Shares\n \n \n \n \n \n Price paid per Share: 73.0 pence\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company intends to hold these Shares in Treasury. Including Shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company holds 150,000 Shares in Treasury.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the above purchase, the total number of Shares in issue is 114,242,024 (excluding Shares held in Treasury).
