[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Anglo Asian Mining plc / Ticker: AAZ / Index: AIM / Sector: Mining\n \n \n \n \n \n 27 May 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Anglo Asian Mining plc\n \n \n \n \n Posting of the Annual Report for 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Anglo Asian Mining plc (\"Anglo Asian\" or the \"Company\"), the AIM listed gold, copper and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts ('Annual Report') for the year ended 31 December 2021 has been posted today to shareholders along with the notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and form of proxy. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00am on 23 June 2022 at 33 St. James's Square, London SW1Y 4JS. \n Due to the recent lifting of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions in the United Kingdom, the AGM will be held as an \"Open\" meeting and all shareholders are warmly welcome to attend. Although the Company does not anticipate there being any changes to the UK Government's COVID-19 guidelines (\"Government Guidance\"), the Company will continue to monitor the situation and, depending on the outcome, may decide that it would not be possible for shareholders to attend the AGM in person. We therefore advise shareholders to check the Company's website www.angloasianmining.com in advance of the AGM in case there are changes to the AGM meeting arrangements in order to comply with Government Guidance.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n CREST members who wish to appoint a proxy or proxies by utilising the CREST electronic proxy appointment service may do so for the meeting and any adjournment(s) thereof by utilising the procedures described in the CREST Manual.
