Mr Zamani\nrecently joined the Board as Non-Executive Director. Mr Graham Mascall is\nleaving the Board to concentrate on his other business commitments.\n\nMr. Zamani was previously director of the Southern Europe and Central Asia\nDepartment of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector\nlending arm of the World Bank. Whilst a director at IFC, Mr. Zamani was\ninstrumental in building the IFC investment programme in the region with several\nnew initiatives, particularly in Central Asia and the Caucuses.\n\nGordon Lewis, Chief Executive of Anglo Asian, commented on the appointment: 'We\nare delighted that Khosrow will chair the Board. His experience and contacts in\nthe region of Caucasia have already proven to be an asset at a time when the\nCompany is transitioning from advanced exploration to production and is raising\nnecessary funding required for Gedabek following the recent completion of the\nfeasibility study.
