Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines, is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials Minerals and Mining (IOM3), a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM), an Associate of the Camborne School of Mimes (ACSM) and has Chartered Engineer Status.
