The Board flags its intention to appoint a further Independent Non-Executive Director as Dilys's replacement.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Martyn Page, Non-executive Chairman, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \"I would like to thank Dilys for her contribution to the Company since joining the Board in February 2020.
