(TSX.V: AEC; OTCQB: ANLDF; FRANKFURT: 0AD) (“Anfield” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that independent proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (\"ISS\") has recommended Anfield shareholders (\"Shareholders\") vote \"FOR\" the resolution approving the previously announced plan of arrangement involving Anfield and IsoEnergy Ltd. (the “Arrangement”) at the upcoming Special Meeting of Shareholders (the \"Meeting\") to be held on December 3, 2024. In its report, ISS stated, among other things, that, “The proposed amalgamation makes strategic sense as it appears to represent the best alternative among the opportunities available to improve the ability to increase shareholder value, and it is anticipated the transaction will enhance value for shareholders through ownership in a company with growth potential, and with an improved balance sheet.” The Board of Directors of Anfield recommends that Shareholders vote FOR the special resolution approving the Arrangement. The proxy voting deadline is 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on Friday, November 29, 2024. Meeting Details The Meeting will begin on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Vancouver time).
