Equinox Exploration Corp.: Investor Relations Services Contract

Vancouver, B.C. March 21, 2012…… Equinox Exploration Corp. (EQX: TSX.V) is pleased to announce it has retained the services Clive E. Mostert of Edmonton, Alberta, to support the Company’s investor relations activities.  The term of the contract is one year.  In consideration of its services, Equinox has agreed to pay Mr. Mostert a fee of $1,500 per month.  The foregoing is subject to regulatory approval.
