(TSX-V:AEC) (OTCQB:ANLDF) (FRANKFURT:0AD) (“Anfield” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has increased its previously-announced non-brokered private placement to 17,500,000 Units at a price of $0.20, for a total equity raise of $3,500,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.40 for a period of five years. The Exchange has granted Anfield a 10-day extension in order to complete the financing.  Finders’ fees may be paid in certain circumstances. The proceeds from the private placement will be used for the development of the Charlie Project (see below), property costs, and general working capital.
