(TSX.V:AEC) (OTCQB:ANLDF) (FRANKFURT:0AD) (“Anfield” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement through the issuance of 19,227,437 Units at a price of $0.20, for gross proceeds of $3,845,487.40. Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.40 for a period of five years.    Finders’ fees to be paid consist of $53,715 and 264,775 warrants exercisable at $0.40 for a term of five years. The proceeds from the private placement will be used for both the development of the Anfield’s uranium and vanadium assets and general working capital.  All securities issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period.  The Company intends to submit final documentation to the TSX Venture Exchange later today in order to receive final regulatory approval for the placement.
