(TSX.V: AEC; OTCQB: ANLDF; FRANKFURT: 0AD) (“Anfield” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for listing 125,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) of the Company. The Warrants were previously issued on May 12, 2022 in connection with a bought deal private placement offering of subscription receipts completed by the Company. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of C$0.18 until May 12, 2027. The Warrants were issued pursuant to, and are governed by, a warrant indenture entered into between the Company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada dated May 12, 2022.
