Andrews Sykes Group PLC 10 July 2000 DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING On 7 July 2000 Mr J-G Murray, Chairman of the Company, transferred 35,000 shares for nil consideration to persons connected with Mr J-J Murray, a member of the Andrews Sykes board. Following this transfer Mr J-G Murray's resultant beneficial holding is 48,330,600 shares representing 53.32 per cent. and Mr J-J Murray's resultant beneficial holdings increases to 2,096,277 representing 2.31 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
