Emilie-Claire Barlow, was named Female Vocalist of the Year at the National Jazz Awards in 2008. Her 2007 release The Very Thought Of You, topped the Canadian jazz charts and earned her a nomination for a Juno Award. Emilie-Claire's performance of 'There Ain't Nobody Here But Us Chickens' at the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala was nominated for a Gemini Award in the same year. In 2009, she released Haven't We Met?, which jumped to one on the Jazz charts in Canada and topped the iTunes Jazz charts around the world.\nToronto-born vocalist/pianist/composer, Denzal Sinclaire has earned his reputation as Canada's most popular male jazz vocalist. Denzal's trademark is the joyfulness in his voice and for him singing is as natural as breathing. A multiple Juno Award nominee and recipient of the 2004 National Jazz Award for Best Album, he has graced the stages of numerous high-profile jazz festivals, performed with symphony orchestras, and starred in his own one hour television special for BRAVO! Denzal has also been inducted into the British Columbia Entertainment Hall of Fame.\nA veteran of Toronto's jazz scene, saxophonist Richard Underhill has just released his third album as a leader in Kensington Suite and is the leader of the Shuffle Demons. His music features a mix of jazz, bossa, drum'n'bass, rock and modern rhythmic influences with plenty of groove.
