At this point, with the share pricewhere it is, it is not feasible to raise the necessary capital for these twocompanies to stay competitive in their fast paced sector. Consequently, ANDI is reversing the transaction effectiveJuly 31, 2011. 100% of the shares used for these two transactions arebeing returned and the companies (TMM and Presentall) are being returned to theoriginal sellers. Both companies are exiting on good terms withoutliability to one another and both wish for success to the other. Subsidiaries of ANDI will now be Title Consulting Services,DBA Accu Title Agency (www.accu-title.com) and Action Apps Corporation,(www.action-app.com) which owns two profitable APP development companies aspreviously announced. “We anticipate a profitable quarter ending July 31, 2011(exclusive of depreciation) in line with previously published information.
