St. Petersburg, FL – Andiamo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ANDI) As previously reported, Andiamo Corporation is preparing for their financial information to be available on sites such as Yahoo Finance,Edgar’s I-Metrix and other financial websites

“For Andiamo to continue to get increased exposure and to provide historical perspective on our company, we have opted to re-file our previous financial reports beginning with YE July 2011 and then each quarter thereafter.

Shortly, you will see our previous financials being re-uploaded to the OTC platform so that they can be included in the Edgar I-Metrix system.  We will begin with our previous annual statement (7/31/11) and the trailing quarterly financial statements (10/31/11, 1/31/12, 4/30/12) so that the Edgar system can extract this critical information and make our company much more transparent and visible to many more resources and potential shareholders.  These re-filings will be done prior to our current year end filing (7/31/12) so that there is sequential and historical information available on the Edgar I-Metrix system.

We are providing this notice of clarification so that shareholders are not confused as to the report dates and mistake our previous reports for our anticipated filing for year end 7/31/2012.
