Mr.\nJiang-an Lu remains as President and CEO.\n\n \n\nMr. Lu stated, “The Board of Directors feels that the acquisition\nof Shanghai New Bei Le Biotechnology Co, Ltd, will be beneficial for our\nshareholders.
