SHANGHAI YUTONG PHARMA INC, Acquires new Subsidiary and Changes Name to ANBC, INC.

August 30, 2016: Shanghai Yutong Pharma, (OTC:SYUP) announces that they have changed their name to ANBC, INC.  The Board of Directors feel that the acquisition of their new subsidiary, Shanghai New Bei Le Biotechnology Co., Ltd, merits a change of name for the US Corporate Structure.

Subsequent to the acquisition, Mr. Lu Hui Kang has been elected to the position of General Director.  Mr. Jiang-an Lu remains as President and CEO.

Mr. Lu stated, “The Board of Directors feels that the acquisition of Shanghai New Bei Le Biotechnology Co, Ltd, will be beneficial for our shareholders.  We continue to manufacture and export our nutraceutical products domestically and globally and New Bei gives us the platform to better serve our customers.”
