The PAC will run from \n 1 \n June 2020 to \n 29\n June 2020.\n \n \n  \n \n \n Atlantis welcomes the Welsh Government's recent amendment to planning legislation regarding PAC requirements during COVID-19 restrictions which came into effect at midnight on 19 May 2020. Following on from this advice, the Uskmouth Conversion Project PAC will be hosted online on the Simec Atlantis Energy website:  \n \n www.simecatlantis.com/uskmouth-power-station-planning-application/\n \n  where the following documents will be made available: \n \n \n  \n \n \n · \n Planning application \n \n \n · \n Planning statement \n \n \n · \n Design and access statement\n \n \n · \n Non-technical summary \n \n \n · \n Environmental Statement\n \n \n  \n \n \n These documents will be available for review and comment by the public for 28 days from 1 June 2020 to 29 June 2020. Following completion of the PAC, the PAC report will be submitted alongside the full planning application to the local authority, Newport City Council (\"NCC\") for determination.
