Update on Abundance voting
Following the announcement on the 5 December 2023, SAE confirms that more than 75% of each class of the Abundance bondholders by value have voted in favour of the requested amendments to the debenture deeds. The amendments to the deeds are therefore implemented with immediate effect.
SAE would like to thank all the bondholders for their continued support.
Defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Company's announcement on 5 December 2023, unless otherwise noted.
