Request to amend Debenture Deed

SAE Renewables issues a request to amend Debenture Deed

Further to the Company's announcement on 23 February 2023 regarding the amendments to the debenture deeds, SAE Renewables is today issuing a further communication to the holders of the debentures issued in 2017 through Atlantis Ocean Energy (the "AOE17 debentures"), with the support of Abundance Investment Limited, requesting an amendment to the debenture deed, which will:

•           extend the AOE17 debenture maturity date from 30 June 2023 to 30 June 2024; and

•           pay an enhanced interest for the extension period of 10%.

This requested amendment requires the agreement of 75% of the debenture holders by value. The results of the vote are expected before the end of the month.
