The Placing Shares will be issued on a non-pre-emption basis within the Company's existing share allotment authorities.\n· The placing of the Placing Shares (the \"Placing\") is being conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process which will commence immediately following this Announcement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Appendix to this Announcement.\n· The number of Placing Shares and the aggregate proceeds to be raised through the Placing will be finally determined following completion of the bookbuild process.
