Upon the publication of this announcement via a Regulatory Information Service, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n10 July 2025\n \nAmirose London Holdings PLC\n \n(\"Amirose\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n Amirose Appointed Manufacturer for Nicky Clarke Brand \n \nAmirose London Holdings PLC is delighted to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Amirose London Ltd (\"Amirose Ltd\"), has been appointed manufacturer of the Nicky Clarke hair care product range by an established customer, Three Pears Limited (\"Three Pears\"), subject to a manufacturing agreement between the parties being signed.\n \nThe Board anticipates that revenue generation will commence towards the end of Amirose's financial year ending 30 March 2026, with revenues expected to exceed £1m in the financial year ending 30 March 2027. \n \nUnder the terms of the agreement, Amirose Ltd will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of the product line, while Three Pears will lead all aspects of product distribution and retail placement across its established channels in the UK and internationally. The product launch is scheduled for early 2026.\nFounded over 50 years ago, Three Pears has grown into one of the most respected and well-connected distributors in the UK's health and beauty sector. The company supplies a wide portfolio of over 5,000 health, beauty, and personal care products to major high-street retailers, independent pharmacies, department stores, wholesalers, and e-commerce platforms.
