Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), Aminex announces that, as at 31 October 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 4,468,501,044 Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 4,468,501,044.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
