Mr. Max Williams, currently Financial Controller and Company Secretary, will become Chief Financial Officer from 1January 2010. \n \n \nAminex Chairman Brian Hall said: \n\n\"Simon Butterfield has been Finance Director for 12 years and has made a major contribution to the development of the company and its international activities.
