The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the EGM circulated to Shareholders on 8 July 2016. Details of the proxy votes for each resolution received by the Company before the EGM are now available on the Company's website, www.aminex-plc.com.\n \nApplication has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 983,136,095 Cornerstone Placing Shares and 318,934,907 Placing Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority, and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for admission of the Cornerstone Placing Shares and Placing Shares to trading on their respective main market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the Cornerstone Placing Shares and the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 August 2016.\n \nThis announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the prospectus published by the Company on 11 July 2016 (\"the Prospectus\").
