[{"type":"text","content":"\n Aminex PLC\n05 June 2006\n\n\n\n5 JUNE 2006\n\nAMINEX PLC\n\n\n PRESIDENTIAL RATIFICATION OF EGYPTIAN LICENCE\n\n\nAminex PLC, the oil and gas company listed in London and Dublin, is pleased to\nannounce that President Mubarak has now formally ratified the award of an oil\nconcession covering Block 2 in the onshore West Esh El Mellaha area of Egypt,\nnear the Red Sea coast. The licence has been awarded to Aminex's joint venture\ncompany, Aminex Petroleum Egypt Limited. The provisional award of this licence\nwas announced on 15 November 2005, and the relevant Concession Agreement will be\nexecuted shortly.
