[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0450X Aminex PLC 07 August 2009 \n \nAminex PLC (\"Aminex\" or \"the Company\")\n\nNotice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Warrant Holders\n\n\nAminex announces that it is convening a meeting of the holders of its 22p warrants at 12 noon on 26 August in Dublin at which a single resolution will be proposed to authorise the extension of the warrants for a period of 12 months to 31 August 2010. A notice of this meeting, which does not require consent of the holders of Aminex's Ordinary Shares, has been posted to holders of the warrants. \n\nThere are currently 36,423,689 warrants outstanding.
