Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company shall hold its Annual General Meeting at 2.00 pm on 24 July 2025 at The Geological Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1J 0BG. 

Paper copies of the Annual Report together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, including the Form of Proxy, are being mailed shortly to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the national storage mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
