[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7383U Aminex PLC 20 October 2010 \n\nAMINEX PLC\n \nLISTING OF NEW SHARES\n \n \nAminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 1,141 Ordinary Shares of €0.06 each, which will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue, to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UKLA and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted for trading. The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share warrants in accordance with the Placing and Rights Issue completed in July 2007. The exercise price of the share warrants was Stg 22 pence.
