The total number of options now in issue is 27.875 million, representing approximately 6.8% of the Company's issued share capital. \n\nThe option price is Sterling 8.5 pence, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Aminex PLC Executive Share Option Scheme as approved by shareholders, using the average closing quotation per share on each dealing day during the previous fourteen dealing days.
