GRANT OF OPTIONS
Aminex PLC ('the Company), the oil and gas
development, production and oilfield services
company, announces that, on 8 February 2000, it
granted the following options for nil consideration
to directors to subscribe for ordinary IR5p shares in
the Company under the Company's Share Option Scheme,
exercisable at 35p at any time up until 7 February
2010:
