Robert Ambrose has taken on the role of interim Executive Chairman and the Board will commence the process for the recruitment of replacement directors.\n AGM\n The Company has continued to monitor Government restrictions on gatherings indoors and confirms that this year's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 2 pm on Wednesday 29 July 2020, will be a closed meeting. Accordingly, shareholders will not be admitted to the Annual General Meeting however they will be able to listen to the proceedings of the meeting remotely by teleconference using the dial-in details below.
