[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1049E Aminex PLC 15 December 2009 \n \n\n\n15 DECEMBER 2009\n \nAMINEX PLC\n\nCOMPLETION OF FARM-OUT\n\n\nAminex PLC (\"Aminex\") announces that the conditions for completion of its farm-out to Solo Oil PLC (\"Solo\") of a 12.5% interest in the Likonde-1 well on its Ruvuma Basin PSA in southern Tanzania have now been met and the farm-out is therefore formally confirmed. Likonde-1, in which the partners are Tullow Oil (50% - operator), Aminex (37.5%) and Solo (12.5%) is likely to be spudded on or around 7 January 2010.
