Aminex PLC 24 April 2002 AMINEX PLC ("Aminex" or "the Company") Aminex announces that its statement of 22 April 2002, entitled BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION, RNS number 8834U released at 15.05, contained an incorrect heading and should have been entitled instead ADDITIONAL LISTING. The contents of the original announcement are unaffected by this correction. For the avoidance of doubt, the correct version of the announcement is set out below: "AMINEX PLC ("Aminex" or "the Company") ADDITIONAL LISTING Aminex advises that application has been made to both the London and Irish Stock Exchanges and the UK Listing Authority for a total of 1,436,500 ordinary shares of Eur0.06c each in the Company ("the Shares") to be admitted to the Official Lists. It is expected that admission will be granted and that dealings will commence, subject to allotment, on Thursday, 25 April 2002.
