[{"type":"text","content":"\n Aminex PLC\n12 December 2007\n\nAMINEX PLC\n\n\n\nADDITIONAL LISTING\n\n\n\n\n\nAminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish Stock\nExchange and the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 49,962 Ordinary Shares\nof €0.06 each, which will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue, to be\nadmitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List\nof the Listing Authority and application has been made to the Irish Stock\nExchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted for\ntrading. The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants in\naccordance with the placing and rights issue completed in July 2007. The\nexercise price of the warrants was Stg 22 pence.
