Following temporary approval by the FCA, under the 12 week exemption rule, Mike Corcoran has been appointed a Director of the Company and \n Chief Financial Officer (CFO\n ), with immediate effect. Mr. Corcoran replaces \n Nayan V. Kisnadwala, who has stepped down as CFO and a Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
