As part of the formal sale process, parties with a potential interest in making an offer were requested to contact the Company's financial advisers by no later than 5 p.m. on 17 February 2020.\n \nAmigo has received indications of interest from several parties. Interested parties have entered into non-disclosure agreements with the Company and discussions are ongoing. \n \nThere can be no certainty that an offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any offer will be made. The Board of Amigo reserves the right to alter or terminate the process at any time and in such cases will make an announcement as appropriate. The Board of Amigo also reserves the right to reject any approach or terminate discussions with any interested party at any time. A copy of this announcement is also available at www.amigoplc.com/investors.\n \nGiven the ongoing formal sale process and further to the announcement by Amigo on 9 December 2019, Richmond Group Ltd (\"RGL\") has notified the Company that it does not intend to nominate an additional director to Amigo's Board.
