Appointment of CEO – Mining Operations Africa
Amigo Resources PLC has appointed Anil Kumar Reddy Yerrapareddy as Chief Executive Officer of African Mining Operations, effective April 1, 2026, to accelerate the transition from exploration to commercial production. Yerrapareddy, founder of AK Corporation FZCO, brings over 15 years of mining experience and will be responsible for strategic identification, due diligence, acquisition, and operational management of the company's African assets, with an initial focus on Tanzania and Mauritania. His remuneration package includes a 25% equity stake in any new mining ventures he introduces to the Group, which vest automatically and are protected against dilution, aligning his interests with tangible asset growth and shareholder value.
