On April 21, 2022, Snakes & Lattes Inc. had previously communicated signing a contract to acquire the Game Board Cafe Gamehaus located in Glendale California via ownership of the outstanding SBA loan. Take over of the loan (completing the acquisition) was contingent on a renewed lease with the landlord. At this time, Snakes & Lattes has taken the position to withdraw from lease negotiations and is relinquished of any obligation regarding this location. Snakes & Lattes has no financial obligations regarding Glendale and has not invested any money in the process.“In the best interest of Snakes & Lattes, we have decided not to pursue this location any further. However we certainly have other more suitable location candidates to continue building up our high quality Brand for a top tier Game Board Cafe experience.” said Snakes & Lattes Inc.
