Amfil Technologies Updates Shareholders on Encouraging Results from Reopening Week in Toronto

Amfil Technologies (OTC: FUNN) Inc released the following statement today:

We are excited to share that our reopening was a great success, and we were overjoyed to welcome guests back to our spaces.  Reassembling the team and seeing so many people enjoying themselves together again were a tremendous reminder of why we started Snakes & Lattes eleven years ago.  We are seeing strong demand, especially for weekend bookings, which can now be made in advance.  

Tempe continues to be our busiest location, and in addition to having their best week EVER, they are breaking sales records almost daily.  The team is doing a great job of streamlining and improving operations, profitability, and guest experience.  

Tucson will be adding brunch service just in time for the return of students in August.  Foot traffic will be increasing exponentially, in-person learning is back, and we’ve spent the summer building our local customer base. 

Chicago has been increasing business every week, especially in the last month, where we are starting to see larger groups, more participation in our events, and more private dining room bookings.  While the labor market has been tight for the entire hospitality industry, Chicago has been especially impacted, and hiring has been a challenge.  That said, the core team is really producing at an incredible level and we are very proud of all their hard work and dedication.  As we fill out the ranks, we will be expanding our hours and days of operation.

In other developments, we’re  working on focusing our efforts as a company on the areas where we are uniquely positioned to have a sustainable competitive advantage, while evaluating every piece of Amfil objectively on its merits going forward.  We are reworking the website, evaluating our digital footprint, and are in the process making it more clear to investors who we are and what we do.  As we build our corporate team to address the challenges and opportunities in front of us, we are adding financial, legal, and marketing acumen to our team.
