Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC: AMFE) (“FUNN”), is pleased to announce that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) has approved the Company’s request to change its OTC ticker symbol to “FUNN”, effective as of the opening of market trading on July 18, 2019.
The previous trading symbol was “AMFE” and has been changed to more accurately represent our corporate brand and primary operations in the board game entertainment industry through our primary wholly-owned subsidiary, Snakes & Lattes Inc. This completed action is the first in the line of planned corporate changes which include; audit completion, uplist, spinoff, special dividend, and corporate name change to Snakes & Lattes Inc.
“Trading under the new OTC ticker symbol ‘FUNN’ begins our corporate transition to ‘Snakes & Lattes Inc.’” stated Roger Mortimer, CEO of Amfil Technologies Inc. “We expect this change, and the additional planned changes to provide enhanced visibility with our customers and public investors as we continue to execute our business strategy.”
No action is required to be taken by current shareholders with relation to the trading symbol change, and no changes have been made to the Company’s share capital, management, or control.

2). The EcoPr03 GRO3 Antimicrobial System was jointly developed between Amfil Tech and A.C.T.S. Inc. which recently rebranded its technology under Advanced Ozone Integration as an extension of the existing ozone technology being utilized in the food and beverage industry and integrated by A.C.T.S. into companies such as Pepsi, Nestle, Sysco, Sun Pacific and many others. The system is a triple-function sanitization unit capable of naturally eliminating 99.9% of water and airborne pathogens and the typically problematic pests that wreak havoc for cultivators (like aphids, whiteflies and spider mites), as well as bacteria, fungus, microbes and mold on surfaces, all without chemicals. The unit can also constantly regulate a given facility's water supply, oxygenating the water and maintaining a consistent PPM infusion of ozone that prevents the formation of algae, bacteria or mold (allowing for comprehensive water recycling), simultaneously removing the need to use pesticides and/or dangerous, often carcinogenic products to treat production problems, as is common throughout the industry today.
