(OTC Pink: AMFE) is pleased to announce the details of the newly added tier of franchising licenses for Snakes & Lattes Inc., titled the ‘Master Franchising Program’. The Master Franchising Program was developed to expedite the company’s expansion throughout the North American markets and is being offered only to qualified candidates representing select strategic territories. Details of the Master Franchising Program:The Master Franchising Program has been developed with the purpose of opening Snakes & Lattes Inc. hubs to assist with the training and monitoring of the other franchised locations in a defined territory. The Master Franchising Program allows for the expedited expansion of franchising into the U.S. Market by establishing Master Franchises in select territories. Each Master Franchise will subsequently open additional franchises in their territory, all of whom will be required to pay royalties to Snakes & Lattes Inc. Corporate head office. Simultaneously, Snakes & Lattes will continue to open new corporately owned locations in other regions of North America.The Master Franchise License will provide the license holder the rights to sell franchises in the geographical area defined in the licensing agreement. The License allows the holder to collect royalties as well as training and advertising fees from the franchises in their defined territory, a percentage of which are paid to Snakes & Lattes Corporate Head Office. In addition to operating as a Board Game Bar/Café, the initial location opened by the Master Franchise Licensee will act as a local distribution hub and training center for all further franchises in their territory. The Master License holder will have direct communication with, and have access to, the support and resources of Snakes & Lattes Corporate Head Office. This includes an initial training course at the head office in Toronto with our management team and specialized ‘Game-Gurus’. The objective of the Master Franchising Licenses is to establish local ‘Flagship’ locations that operate in a true working partnership with Corporate head office. This will ensure that each franchise operates in alignment with the standards set by the company and is successful in both profits and customer satisfaction.
