[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nLAVAL, QC, April 10 /CNW Telbec/ - The management of Amex Exploration is\npleased to announce the appointment of Michel Lemay to the position of\ndirector and Chief Operating Officer for the Company.\n\n\nMr. Lemay acquired extensive experience in the management of public\ncorporations during his tenure at Arenagold Resources (1996-2000), Searchgold\nResources (2000-2001) and Ressources Mirabel (2001-2003).
