The Private Placement is being repriced in order to more accurately reflect the recent market price of the Company's common shares. The Company intends to issue on a non-brokered Private Placement basis up to 30,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. The Private Placement is expected to close on or before April 21, 2019.The gross proceeds of the Private Placement will be used to fund the Company's continued U.S. expansion, software development, business development, administration and for general working capital purposes.Finder's fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (\"the \"Exchange\").
