TSX Listed Warrants Expiring On June 20, 2005

VANCOUVER, June 6 /CNW/ - AMERIGO RESOURCES LTD. (Vancouver, British
Columbia) would like to remind holders of the Company's warrants listed on The
Toronto Stock Exchange that the expiry date is June 20, 2005. Trading of the
warrants will cease at 12:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) on that date.
The warrants were originally issued in June and July 2003 to finance the
acquisition of Minera Valle Central, S.A. and are exercisable into common
shares at a price of $0.70. The original expiry date of June 18, 2005
(Saturday) was extended to June 20, 2005 (Monday) at the time the warrants
were listed.
