(TSX:ARG) ("Amerigo" or\nthe "Company") reported today that on February 24, 2007 the Company's board of\ndirectors declared a semi-annual dividend of Cdn 6.5 cents per share, payable\non April 4, 2007 to shareholders of record on March 27, 2007.
