Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2025 were $65.9 million compared with $54.5 million for the same period of fiscal 2024. The year-over-year increase was driven by organic growth and the acquisition of NWL, Inc. AMSC’s net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2025 was $4.8 million, or $0.11 per share, compared to $4.9 million, or $0.13 per share, for the same period of fiscal 2024. The Company’s non-GAAP net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2025 was $8.9 million, or $0.20 per share, compared with a non-GAAP net income of $10.0 million, or $0.27 per share, in the same period of fiscal 2024. Cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash on September 30, 2025, totaled $218.8 million, compared with $85.4 million at March 31, 2025. \"AMSC grew second quarter revenue by over 20% year-over-year, generated net income of nearly $5 million marking our fifth consecutive quarter of profitability and achieved expanded gross margins surpassing 30%,” said Daniel P.
