Revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 were $86.4 million compared with $66.7 million for the same period of fiscal 2024. The year-over-year increase was driven by strong organic growth within our Grid and Wind businesses along with the contributions from the acquisition of Comtrafo. AMSC’s net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $4.5 million, or $0.10 per share, compared to net income of $1.2 million, or $0.03 per share, for the same period of fiscal 2024. The Company’s non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025 was $14.1 million, or $0.31 per share, compared with a non-GAAP net income of $4.8 million, or $0.13 per share, in the same period of fiscal 2024. Please refer to the financial table below for a reconciliation of GAAP to non-GAAP results. Revenues for fiscal 2025 were $299.2 million as compared to $222.8 million in fiscal 2024. The year-over-year increase was driven by higher Grid and Wind revenues than in the prior fiscal year along with the contribution from the acquisition of Comtrafo. AMSC reported net income for fiscal 2025 of $133.8 million, or $3.12 per share, compared to a net income of $6.0 million, or $0.16 per share in fiscal 2024, driven primarily by a non-cash tax benefit from the release of the majority of the Company's valuation allowance against deferred tax assets. The Company's non-GAAP net income for fiscal 2025 was $158.1 million, or $3.68 per share, compared with non-GAAP net income of $24.0 million, or $0.65 per share, for fiscal 2024. Please refer to the financial table below for a reconciliation of GAAP to non...
