Revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 were $72.4 million compared with $40.3 million for the same period of fiscal 2024. The year-over-year increase was driven by organic growth and the acquisition of NWL, Inc. AMSC’s net income for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 was $6.7 million, or $0.17 per share, compared to a net loss of $2.5 million, or $0.07 per share, for the same period of fiscal 2024. The Company’s non-GAAP net income for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 was $11.6 million, or $0.30 per share, compared with a non-GAAP net income of $3.0 million, or $0.09 per share, in the same period of fiscal 2024.
