Dear American Sierra Gold Shareholders:

 

The Company is pleased to announce that the hard rock gold potential of the Minera JOTA claims, located in Northern Chile and comprising approximately 6000 Hectares, will be tested by diamond drilling as per the recommendation of the Company geologist. 

 

AMNP recently increased its ownership holdings from 10% to a 30% interest in the Minera JOTA properties.
